Social enterprise advisory
We have helped a number of NGOs and mission-driven organizations to launch commercial operations and transition to sustainable operating models. A number of the world’s most successful social enterprises were launched or are operated by non-profit organizations. Finding support in designing, capitalizing, and executing impactful commercial projects can be a challenge. Strategic planning is a part of every AGA engagement. We work with clients to plan their projects’ financing and execution by creating time- and deliverables-bound activity plans, ensuring projects are sufficiently resourced, planning for best- and worst-case scenarios, making contingency plans, and more. Resource identification and mobilization
AGA has worked with former bilateral- and basket-funded programs to identify and mobilize resources for their continued operation. Transitioning to financially sustainable operations, or to new funding sources, can be a huge challenge. AGA can develop strategic resource mobilization plans, assist with business model development (see above), and advise our clients on best practices for making this difficult transition.
Tender bidding support
AGA’s project documentation and process management skills enable us to support companies bidding on tenders in a number of fields.
